Omega Valley Farmers Introduce Line of Omega 3 Cheeses

Omega Valley Farmers has introduced a new line of Omega 3 Cheeses. The cheeses are made with milk produced on farms that are members of Wisconsin’s Heartland Coop, which uses feeding protocols to increase the amount of natural Omega 3 fatty acids in the milk. This benefit is accomplished through a strategic balance of Omega 6 fatty acids and Omega 3 fatty acids in the animals’ diets, along with strict standards for animal care.

The Omega 3 cheeses include several varieties, such as White Cheddar, Yellow Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Farmers Cheese and Co-Jack, as well as an array of flavors, including Buffalo, Jalapeño Pepper and Tomato Basil.
