Great Midwest Adds Five New Flavors

The Great Midwest® brand has been providing consumers with flavor-infused Wisconsin cheeses for more than 20 years. The line includes several unique ingredient additions that range from traditional favorites to bold flavors. Each variety is handcrafted in small batches using only the purest local Wisconsin milk.

Recently added to the collection are five new flavors including Mediterranean Cheddar, a Greek-inspired cheddar cheese packed with sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives; Ghost Pepper Cheddar, a full-flavored cheddar base mixed with hot ghost peppers; Pesto Jack, a monterey jack cheese mixed with garlic and basil pesto; Spicy Colby Jack made with red and green jalapeños, green and orange habanero peppers, and chipotles; and Smoked Gouda, a buttery, smoky take on traditional gouda.
