Internal Auditor: SQF

The Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin announces a regional course entitled "Internal Auditor: SQF”. Jim Van Ells from NSF Center for Public Health Education will provide the technical training for the course.

Course Overview

Internal Auditor: SQF is a one-day course. Conducting internal audits with a food safety focus is required to determine whether your SQF food safety system is implemented effectively. The analysis of results is critical to ensure that the food safety plan continues to be effective.
