Volpi Creates All Natural Salami Made with Wisconsin Cheese

Volpi has reintroduced its All Natural Cheese Salami products with a new look. Available in Parmesan and Aged Asiago, the salamis are handmade with Wisconsin Cheese and fresh Midwest pork and then dry cured.

Volpi Cheese Salami is vacuum-sealed and packaged in printed muslin bags tied with cheese tags describing the ingredients. The new packaging is shelf-stable, making it an attractive, eye-catching product that can be placed anywhere throughout the store.
