Marieke Truffle Gouda Earns Early Praise

Marieke® Gouda has won countless awards in various ages and flavors.
Truffle Gouda, the newest addition to the line, is already earning accolades of its own. Made using a traditional gouda recipe from cheesemaker Marieke Penterman’s native Holland, the raw milk Wisconsin cheese is flavored with pieces of real black truffles, as well as black and white truffle oil, and aged two to four months.
Marieke Truffle Gouda took first place in the Best U.S. Cheese with Flavor Additive category at the recent International Cheese Awards in Nantwich, England.
