Since 1914, Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese has made award-winning Wisconsin cheddar and colby cheeses. The family-owned company, known for creating unique varieties of flavored cheese, has added three new flavors—hot and spicy Dragon’s Breath Cheddar, Bacon Cheddar with slowly cured real bacon pieces blended in yellow cheddar, and a sweet and nutty Golden Fenugreek Cheddar made with creamy white cheddar cheese and fenugreek seeds with a slightly sweet, maple-like flavor.
