Learning will be assessed throughout the duration of the course, so participation is mandatory. The course will include some exercises that must be completed prior to leaving the course.
Continuing Education Credits
There are no formal CEUs for this course. Attendance and successful completion of the course will result in a certificate of completion. Learning hours may be applied toward numerous industry certifications including those maintained by the American Society for Quality, American Cheese Society, Institute of Food Technologists, National Environment Health Association, Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society and Research Chefs Association.
This two day virtual course, sponsored by Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, is open to all Wisconsin cheese and dairy companies. Attendance will be limited to the first 25 registrants, so please register early. The course will begin at 9:30 AM and end no later than 12:00 PM each day. Cost of the course will be $150 and will cover registration and all materials. Due to popular demand, DFW reserves the right to limit the number of attendees to 1 per company.
You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve registered for the course. Approximately 30 days prior to the course, you will receive a Zoom meeting link via a calendar invite. Please be sure to keep this information for the course. Approximately one week before the course begins, you will receive another course reminder.
