Matt Lippert works as a County Agent helping local dairy farmers. That doesn’t give him a lot of time to run his family's own 100-year-old dairy farm. Luckily his two sons Paul and Carl have returned home with Dairy Science degrees to help out. According to Carl Lippert, who also brought home a Computer Science degree, "Wisconsin is like the Silicon Valley of cows. You could be from Saudi Arabia or Japan or Australia. If you want to actually know dairy farming, you're coming to Wisconsin."
