The policies below are intended to clearly inform our website users about our privacy practices and procedures and are applicable to the Websites. As part of the registration, operation and customization features of the Websites, we gather certain types of information from users. The Privacy Policy addresses how DFW collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores your information. We would like to explain the types of information we gather, what we do with the information, and how to correct or change the information. Please read this notice carefully. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USE OF INFORMATION

DFW collects two types of information from users: personal data such as name, phone number, and e-mail addresses (“Personally Identifiable Information”); and non-personal data such as information about traffic patterns on the Websites (for example, how many users log on to the Websites on a daily basis).

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Personally Identifiable Information is information that you provide to DFW that can be used to uniquely identify or contact you.  You can generally visit the Websites and utilize services without revealing any Personally Identifiable Information about yourself.  However, in certain sections of the Websites, DFW may invite you to provide such information voluntarily.  DFW will only collect your Personally Identifiable Information if you consent and voluntarily choose to provide such information.  Your Personally Identifiable Information that DFW may collect about you through the Websites during registration or through other form submissions include: name, phone number, postal address, e-mail address and business type.

NON-PERSONAL DATA

Some data we collect contains non-personal information.  Examples of this type of information include, but are not limited to, the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our Websites or advertisement.  We may use this information for various purposes, including, but not limited to, system administration and enhancement and to collect information about the volume of use of different features available on the Websites.

INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

DFW may store certain information from your web browser using automatic data collection technologies, including “cookies.” “Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive.  When you visit the website again, the cookie allows that website to recognize your browser.  Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences, and other information.  DFW uses cookies for our legitimate interests including analytics and improving the website experience.  Specifically, Cookies allow the Websites to measure activity, to make improvements, and to make updates based on which areas are popular and which are not.  Further, cookies are used to improve your user experience.  For example, the cookie allows you to have the option of saving your user name and password which eliminates the need for you to enter the information every time you visit the Websites.  (We do not recommend saving your user name and password if you use your computer in a shared environment.)  In addition, the Websites may request the cookie from your browser so that DFW can retrieve the stored Personally Identifiable Information and automated forms so you do not have to manually enter the information each time.  We may also store data on your cookie based on options you make on certain forms to enable us to customize information based on your criteria.  DFW does not directly or through third parties track your online activity after you leave the Websites

Please note that with most browsers, a user can set his or her browser preferences to show a warning each time a cookie request is received.  You may also refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser.  By not accepting cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all features of the Websites.

DFW uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.  (“Google”) to collect certain information relating to your use of the Websites.  Google Analytics uses cookies.  The information generated by a cookie about your use of the Websites will be transmitted to and stored by Google.  DFW uses Google Analytics to improve the Websites’ visitors online experience.  Further, Google may use cookies to service ads based on a user’s prior visit to the Websites and they may show ads for the Websites on search engine result pages and other websites across the internet.  DFW also uses Google Analytics data to inform and optimize such ad campaigns based on a user’s prior visits to the Websites.

You may opt out of personalized ads by visiting the Google advertising Opt-out page.  In addition, you may also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising initiative opt out page at:

Further, you may opt out of our use of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics Opt-out page.

USE OF INFORMATION

The Websites use both the Personally Identifiable Information and non-personal information we collect for a variety of purposes and for our legitimate interest.  For example, we use your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better products and services.  Specifically, we use your information to communicate back to you, to update you on programs, services and benefits, and to personalize the Websites for you.  We also use the non-personal information to provide aggregate data reports to our Board of Directors and other DFW parties.
