The Risk & The Reward
Laura Daniels and her family put it all on the line to pursue their dreams of being Wisconsin dairy farmers. "Late in 2005 we bought the farm. The previous owners milked the cows in the morning, and we signed the papers at noon, and we milked the cows that night."
Laura has been dreaming of being a dairy farmer since high school. She and her husband Jared are proud to be a first generation dairy farmers. "I think my favorite part of each day is sunset. We see our beautiful cows out in the field grazing, and we're together. We did this together."
