Wisconsin Cheese Featured on NBC Access Daily

To celebrate National Grilled Cheese Day, Wisconsin Cheese enlisted Luke Zahm, James Beard-nominated chef, owner of Driftless Cafe and host of Wisconsin Foodie to help us create the ultimate grilled cheese "glow up" on NBC's Access Daily.  Luke wow'ed host Kit Hoover with his expert tips--such as grilling the cheese straight in the pan first then adding to the grilled bread!  Luke spotlighted four Wisconsin cheeses, including Uplands Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Sartori Montamore, Organic Valley Pepper Jack and Carr Valley Glacier Penta Creme.  Host Kit loved her grilled cheese sandwich, as did co-host Scott Evans, who was a very happy taste tester.
